  4. My UGI report. Polyp particularly fap!

My UGI report
I have already undergone CA Thyroid(total thyroidectomy)in 2000 also total colectomy ileo rectal anastomosis due to FAP in 2012. Yesterday I underwent UG scope and sigmoidoscopy.Report enclosed.Is there any diet for me to follow to avoid polyp particularly FAP
