Hi
Consult a dermatologist and explain about tan not going after swimming. If the tan is making you feel anxious consult a psychologist. Being anxious about tan not going away could indicate that you might have health anxiety.
Consult a dermatologist first to rule out medical causes and then consult a psychologist. A psychologist will help you with stress management techniques to feel calm.
Next Steps
Consult a dermatologist first and then a psychologist

Hi, I am sorry you are having this trouble. I am sure it’s causing you some body shame and self esteem issues around your colour and it doesn’t feel good internally at all to look different from what you generally are used to looking at in the mirror. Tans can be really hard to go and I speak from personal experience. They take a considerable amount of time despite using any product. I use organic chickpea powder to wash of the areas where I have tan. It works a as a scrub and it’s gentle enough to not able an abrasive to my skin. I am not a skin expert or anything but this has worked for me to a large extent. Hope you feel safe in your skin. You’re beautiful
Next Steps
Book a session with me to work on the self esteem issue coming from looking a certain way. Love and healing ❤️
