My sugar level is high
Hello Doctor, I have check my sugar level in glucometer it is coming fasting 110 and after lunch 157. It's higher than normal range I guess. I don't want to take medicine what else can I do to low my sugar level. Can I take jamun seed power?? walking can help??

hii, The range of glucometer record shows it in prediabetic range.. yes , doing life style changes like 1. regular exercise and walking 2. Avoiding direct sugars like sugar, jaggery, honey and adding vegetables more in your diet plate 3. losing weight with diet and exercise All this thing will help you
