My son s health
My son is 2.3 months.his weight is not gaining.eating every thing but after eating he is doing potty .he is not walking, talk ing what can I do.please help me

I think age is wrongly mentioned as 2.3 month .If child's age is 2 year he should walk steadily and use two word sentence atleast .

Firstly i need to have some detail history and current and previous weight to plot on chart to see child weight growth and also height.
If child is eating well but not gaining weight and passing stool every time after meal, one of the possibilities is worm infection.
Next Steps
You can do stool r/m report for worm infection and consult pediatrician for further evaluation.
