My Son is 3 yrs
My Son is 3 yrs n his left testicle is in his abdomen just cranially to inguinal canal region. Does it need operation?
If not done what are the future dangers that i need to worry for him if its left alone or not operated. Please check the pics attached for reports n sonography.

Yes needs surgery... If not done, functionality if the organ might be a question later.. And also it may lead to malignancy..
