My son feels pain. Issue exactly. plz?

Hello doctors plz find me right way to treat my son... from last month he has been complaining about pain in his testicles... in beginning we took it lightly as if it might be due to hygiene issues and he is confused between itching and pain... i cleaned his private parts regularly but he continues complaining about pain.. thereafter we consulted nearby pediatrician and he Prescribed few medicine saying it might be digestion issues... but those medicines didn't work... threaftre we consulted another physician and she suggested he recently have explored his private parts and out of curiosity he press it and feel pain... but the problems continued... he still complains about pain.. plz help me knowing what is the issue exactly.. plz
