My son 8 months old has loose motions since 8 days we used entero germina for 4 days it is not working can i give sporlac power and tell me the dosage.

Enterigermina is a better probiotic than sporolac.. But if it's not working then you can give 1sachet of approval twice a day. Give him ORS and also Zinc supplement.
