My soft palate feels different

Asked for Male, 19 Years

On my soft palate when I look into the mirror I can see white stuff on it and when I put my finger on it to remove it I started seeing it bleed some of the white stuff came out and when I try to spit I can feel my throat hurting I'm not sure what symptom that is but I know since last night I started feeling that because my throat started getting dry If you'd like to send me an email I'll be able to send you a picture of how it looks

You seem to be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. You might have injured your mucosa of throat while cleaning the debris which might have caused bleeding. Usually not much of treatment is required if the diagnosis is confirmed
