My. Sneezing problem
When I got up form my bed at morning , I sneez many times and to happen about 20 to 30 times. Some times it also happen when I came in contact with some strong smell .

hello der wear a mask early in the morning when u go out and also avoid opening windows early morning coz of cold weather and pollens
practice meditation and breathing exercise
consult ent specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
