My result is positive I want to abortion

I am 22 years old and I missed my periods and I checked yesterday with good news result was +ve and for confirmation I checked again today using prega news and I want to terminate my pragnancy using menkind abortion kit. Is it safe or not ? I got last periods on 18 feb but this month I did not get . My result is positive I want to abort the pregnancy but what is the better way I'm confused.
