My platelets counts are rapidly reduce
I treated in aurbindo hospital but then platelets are also reduced and i dont know why this problem come and i dont know what is my medical condition and what is the problem can you guide me what can i do

You were treated for fever?Many fevers cause decreased platelet count.any other associated symptoms?Any bleeding ?
Next Steps
monitor for any further drop in platelets.if due to fevers (dengue ,malaria ,leptospirosis)will improve with resolution of fever
