My period is stop from 45 days
My period is stop from 45days all the test got be negative but my bottom stomach getting lightly pain plz tell me what is the problem?

if investigations like pregnancy test, sonography, thyroid, prolactin , also CBC and urine routine are normal... thn delayed periods can be because of stress, change of place,hormonal factorsand many others. so visit gynecologist to rule out cystitis/PID/endometritis. she will give medication for resuming menses and antibiotics n analgesics if required.
