RO follicels: 3-5 mms greater than 10 in number. Left ovary measured 4.8×2.7×2.5 cms. LO is enlarged LO follicles: 3- 5 greater than 10 in number, LO cyst with dabris= 23×22mm

Did you do pregnancy test? Hormone profile ?? Tsh prolactin?? It can be a case of PCOD also, difficult to help without proper history
