My pennies foreskin doesn't move back

Hello doctors, I m 29 years old guy, next month I m getting married to but the problem is that my pennies foreskin doesn't move back when it's in erected condition.. I'm getting pain when I try to push it back.. Now I'm scared how to deal with that!
