Document exact temperature. Treatment needed if temperature more than 100 degree Fahrenheit. Make sure u feed the child 2-3 hrly..As dehydration fever is very common in neonate.
Groaning when the baby wants to pass motion is a normal phenomenon, nothing to be worried about.
