My one month old baby is not pooping
My one month old baby is constipated. Few days back she pooped after 3 days and poop was hard and bleeding was there. Now again from 2 days she didn't poop and feeling uneasy. What should I do or give. Please suggest. My daughter is 5 weeks old.

normally hardness of the stool is not seen when you are giving only breastfeeding to the child. it is advisable to continue only breastfeeding and nothing else till completion of 6 months of age. if still the hard stool continues you have to visit the doctor to find the cause. but if you are giving formula milk then there is a possibility that the milk is not properly digested by the child and you will have to change the brand of formula milk.
