My newborn's belly button is popped out
My child is 1 month old. His belly button is always popped out and comes out more when he cries or streches himself. There is also a kind of very thin film kind of skin on the navel opening. I have attached the images. Please let us know is this normal or a matter of concern. Thanks in Advance. Please let us

That's normal. Not to worry. To be worried if any increase in size, if any discharge comes, if that area becomes reddish, if it is not reducing in size and if it increases abnormally, then needs to shown to a pediatrician immediately.
