It is not that hard to gain weight. You should start with protein drinks. Best protein in the market is whey protein. Maxit in a glass of milk and drink twice daily it will help you gain fat. Along with that eat non vegetarian food which will help you gain weight as well. You should also try joining gym which will give bulk to all the protein that you will be drinking. Take 2 boiled eggs daily after breakfast.
