I am so scare because my mouth cheeks a little hole because I m chewing tobacco but I m leave the chewing tobacco and no pain for hole and my age 17 I m scare please help me watts the problem please suggest me

Go to a good dentist and get it checked .. Oral surgeon  will treat you best... don't sit at home .. it should be treated well
