She s having a scar in lung which is due to previous infection may be tuberculosis nothing to worry about it now. Presently if she a having cough / fever / breathing difficulty you need to consult a pulmonologist and needs further evaluation.

The scan report says she is having a scaring in lung which is due to previous infection.
If you tell the current complaints i can correlate more.

It seems like she has some residual scarring in her lungs from previous infection. Please consult a chest physician and get her evaluated in detail.
