My mother's CT scan severity score 9/25.

My mother had persistent fever and fatigue, weekness and no other symptoms. She got fever on 27th April 21 after that crp and ct scan was done. Reports indicated covid pneumonia. On 1st May crp was 7.87 Corad was 5 and ct scan score was 3/25. Meds give were Fabiflu 800 mg, predmet 4mg, doxycycline and  dolo 650 and multivitamins with acidity meds. This was give till 6th May but her fever was persisten t Low grade 99- 100.8 however the spo2 was maintained at 97. On 7th May doctor recommended another ct scan and crp with ddimer crp increased to 25 and ddimer was 0.41 but the ct scan was 9/25 so the meds were changed cloff 500 mg and predmet 16mg twice , doxy was removed and within just one day today here fever has gone down its 98 since last night. This dosage is recommended to be continued till may10th.I want to understand that if the fever is down and spo2 is maintained can this be manAged at home?
