Fever b/w 101-103 for 3 days every 5hrs

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I'm suffering from fever, body pain and headache for last 3 days and I can't recover ever after having 4 dolo 650 tablets everyday. Fever is between 101-103 for 3 days and comes every 5-6hrs. There is no cold or cough but I feel chills and back pain every now and then. I've also started azee tablet to avoid any secondary infection. Please recommend what and when should I get a test to check for infection or anything else.

First of all you have to go for lab test.. I suggest you CBC and MP for your current problem.. If in that lymphocyte count is high then go for chicken gunia or dengu test.. After report done feel free to ask on chat for further treatment.
