  3. My monthly period. Tide. in this time!

I have a baby of 1 year. My monthly periods are problem, my bleeding colour is some light brownish red colour in first day totally. And later it is red in color with heavy bleeding they are regular with 30 to 34 days ,is this conditions is to worried I am confused, every one are saying it is normal after delivery, I feel some dizzy and tide.
