My monograph says, I have hydrocele.
How to get rid of hydrocele? I had a scrotum for few months. Which would appear and vanish some times.

Hydrocele is accumulation of fluids in scrotum. It will not increase or decrease all by itself. Answer for this is SURGERY after confirmation by ultrasound test.
Scrotal swelling coming and going may be due to HERNIA. To confirm this also ultrasound is required.
Consult Gernrral surgeon in nearby hospital
