My male part is bleeding.

Asked for Male, 23 Years

For the last two weeks while I am having sex with my partner my penis is bleeding and it's paining too. On the first day while it bleed I thought maybe it go cut inside. I gave a 3days break and on the 4th day the same thing happened. Then I took a break of one week after one week I had a lot blood loss. It's happening only while having sex.
