I did not understand your issue with Vitamin D problem. Venusia Max lotion or Cetaphil lotion or Aquasoft lotion or Episoft lotion can be used if it is just routine dryness. however an examination would be needed to make sure there is no other coexisting condition along with other underlying cause for the increased dryness. You can consult online privately with pictures or meet a qualified dermatologist directly. Hope this was helpful.
