My left testicle rotates sometimes
I recently discovered that my left testicle rotates sometimes and then comes back to normal. I have no pain and no swelling. My left testicle is also in horizontal position most if the time. Is this something I need to worry about if I have no pain? Is it common in men?

Looks like you may be having an increased tendency towards torsion-detorsion of testis. But, as long as there's no pain and/or swelling, nothing to worry.
