My left testical getting pain

Hi sir. Since from four days i have left testical pain and when i go for urine little bit burning in urine... And i am unable to touch my testicles so have any solutions for this pls help me out...

it could be epididymitis or epididymoorchitis. Just do a urine culture and sensitivity test and also do an ultrasound examination of the scrotum. you may need parenteral antibiotics, analgesics and strict bed rest if you are having the infection in the testis
