My left hand get sometimes pain And I am wake up that time my heart side some airlock feel If I sit after done any work I feel my left hand pain slowly pain goes down

hello...try sleeping on your right side...I don't think it's necessary to worry about your pain as it seems like muscle pain or cramps like thing.. jus relax..
