My kittens have a runny nose and they are puking. They aren't eating anything and i tired to give them antibiotics they started to foam at their mouths. They are not eating. What should I do?. They are two months old.

Giving medicines on your own is totally not advisable.
Visit the vet as immediate treatment is required. They can get easily dehydrated quick response will iv fluids and medicines would help.
It can happen because of multiple reasons including URT infection or could be viral infection which is very common in kittens till 6 months..... kindly take them for offline consultation and get tests done for viral infection and IV fluids till kittens starts eating oral
