I am 14years old and 160cm tall but I think i’m a little bit too chubby... I don’t know. Are you able to tell me my ideal weight depending on my height and age? If yes please tell me?

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

For a 14 yrs old Indian girl, ideal body weight should be around 46kgs and average height around 155 cms. You have not shared your weight details. You are in growth spurt,so incorporate daily one hour stretching excercises like playing basketball, running,tadasana etc . Incorporate healthy eating habits including macro and micro nutrients. Avoid junk food,fried foods and foods with high sugar levels.
