My husband wants to quit shikhar
My husband is chewing shikhar ( don't know whether it contains tobacco or not) now from 6-8 mnths.. before 6-8 mnths he'll chewing tobacco ....now from 3-4days he'll take nix it nicotine tablet .. but also have hedeache 2times a day in these 3days n jaw pain from 2days.... will he continue to use nix it tablet or whether he'll withdraw it.... please consult as soon as possible.... m pregnant n in very depressing mood from this..

Nicogum chewing gum contains tobacco & it helps in de addiction.
One has to slowly taper the dose of Nicogum from 3/day to 2/day & so on.
Your husband has to stop chewing all pan masala prep.because they are habit forming.
He can instead chew on Souf, Elaichi etc.
Health Tips
Tobacco in any form is harmful & addictiv.
