My genital is infected with some sore
My peni had got races like a sores from the two months please help me wich drug i have to use I don't know up to now .one more thing at the same time I have black colour rashes and my both forms from the two weeks so that which a medicine I need to take I don't know please help me whether it condition maybe syphillis please please help me thank you

It was very difficult to understand your problem. However what I made out of your question is that you have some kind of skin problem. Without seeing or examination no doctor could give you medicine. It is better for you to visit a dermatologist and get yourself checked. You anyways waited for two months. For the time being maintain good hygiene and use any antifungal soap till you visit a doctor.
