My forehead skin on right is dark brown

Asked for Male, 21 Years

My forehead skin has turned black on right side. Big part of it. Dark brown. It was less dark in 2-3 years but suddenly became dark brown when i played match on a sunny day. I have been trying creams ans sunblock for years but it is still nearly black. It looks very bad
