My forearm is in constant shooting pain and everytime I stretch it, it hurts like hell

Kindly elaborate your pain .since when r u suffering and when is the pain more ,is it in the morning or evening .r u studying or doing job.  Do u play outdoor games ,if yes then kindly mention the game.accordingly can try to solve ur problem
