My father had a liver problems

Asked for Male, 24 Years

My father is a diabetic patient for past 25 years and using insulin injection till now. He had severe vomitings and abdominal pain 3 days back. Now it's normal and he has frequent hiccups for past 3 days We made a liver profile test and results are abnormal. I am attaching report Plese give me suggestions and liver status
