Hi there...all of your complaints are jumbled up. It's difficult to understand. Swelling of the face could be due to many reasons like altered renal function, localised trauma, cardiac abnormalities. It will need detailed clinical examination and investigations. Also increased salivation could be due to posture in which you are sleeping. I am sorry butbi cannot understand the next two complaints.
