My eyes vision is getting weaker
Working on my PC 7-8 hrs a day with minimum break my vision is getting down. I am currently using glasses with +0.50 no. Is there any way to cure my vision back to normal with some diet and medicine?

While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Minimize screen time. Maintain right posture while using computer.
