Dear sir I am checking my side at wasan care doctor suggest to operation because of left eye side is -13 with cly -2.75 and right is -11.25 cly -1.5 I am work in construction industry so please suggest what I do

With newer lasers woth tissue saving treatment laser is also possible or else ICL is a good option
