You can use lubrication eyedrops for general ee care..they ll not do any harm to you.
Few other tips are
1. Washing your eyes atleast twice a day with normal water.
2. Avoid too constant use of gadgets whatever possible
3. Increase intake of fruits n dryfruits as they are rich in antioxidants
4. Yoga and palming exercise are also useful
