During swimming, water is went in my ear. Due to that it was blocked and I am not able to hear properly since yesterday. I feel the same today and voice is still low.
Do I need to check it from doc or it will clear automatically?

There may be wax which swells up after contact with water and blocks your ear after drying it shrinks and you are able to hear better.
Also water in ears can lead to fungal infection.
You need to consult with an ENT Specialist for same..
Thanks and regards.
