Dear friend. Medical history provided is very insufficient. Dental procedures under local anaesthesia are safe unless patient is allergic to anaesthesia. If not ask your dentist to give test dose of local anaesthesia on fore arm to rule out sensitivity. OBTAIN AN MEDICAL FITTNESS CERTIFICATE FOR DENTAL PROCEDURE UNDER LOCAL ANAESTHESIA FROM YOUR CARDIOLOGIST. Prophylactic antibiotics needs to be given 1hr before and after the dental procedure if extractions are required. Kindly go ahead with pulpectomy procedure. REMEMBER TO GET YOUR DAUGHTER'S  SCALING DONE EVERY 6 MONTHS. GUM HEALTH  HAS AN EFFECT ON HEART. HEALTHY GUMS LEAD TO HEALTHY HEART.

hello sir. u have not mentioned ur daughters age. rct under local anesthesia is safe unless she is allergic to it. before that ur dentist would advice a fitness certificate from t physician who is seeing ur child. if she if allergic to anesthesia there r other methods to make t tooth numb n its absolutely safe. since she is cardiac patient it is advisable to keep good oral hygiene. because any kind of bacteria present in mouth will circulate in blood n leads to blockages. tc
