My daughter legs pain daily
Hello sir my daughter is suffering from legs pain she play daily but night time while sleeping she was tell that pls press my legs it's paining after pressing legs she sleep or else she won't sleep I don't know the reason why she ask daily to press pls suggestions me what to do is there any serious or not pls sir.

Do give cal and vitd 3 along with proper diet.
Like milk, dairy products, vegetables, chapatis 3-4 in a day.

It's mostly because of growing pains . Give vit d suggtes by your doctor and plenty of liquids
