My daughter is not breathing properly

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My 4 year old daughter is not breathing properly I think...every minute she opens her mouth and taking long breath..she is having phelgm in her chest..I can feel phelgm sound when she is sleeping...is it due to phelgm or is she having any breathing difficulty..suggest me some syrup if it's due to phelgm
