  4. My child is not eating. Please suggest!

My child is not eating
I have a child of 1.4 years he is not taking food and vomiting if forced to do .please suggest the right food and right method to prepare .we are worried about his food and not getting right weight please suggest

Any child will vomit when forcefed. We have to see the weight and height of child as see if it is acceptable for the age. A child above one year of age can eat all from the family plate. Diet must contain cereals pulses fruits and vegetable. Formal evaluation can be done by 24 hour recall method by a pediatrician or dietitian.
