My chest look like female breasts
I am a male 21 , mbbs student studying in eastern europe . My nipples goes puffy mostly that it look like female breasts.I want to know what should i do to solve this problem because i can't wear t shirt and tight shirts and i'm too shy to remove shirt in front of people. i hope u'll reply me as soon as possible. Thank you

That is a sign of mild form of gynecomastia..it can be inherent or can be due to some underlying pathology..can happens in obese males..my suggestion you better see surgeon or plastic surgeon .I worst situation may need to be operated or via procedures like liposuction..actually that depends on cause which one can find out after examination and proper work up
