  3. My cat got swollen one side. Is good?

My cat got swollen one side
My cat is 7 month old. She is pregnant now. 3 days before, street dogs surrounded her and got some injuries like nipple teared and some tooth marks of dogs. What I notice is..right side of her body got swollen.. I was very sad about that.. I feel that something inside wrong.. She is not normal now... Too restless... Was very quite.. While that incident I found bleeding on her vagina.. We consulted doctor.. They said everything okay.. Swell will reduce...but I'm very afraid.My concern is all about that swell on her right side.. Please help me out.. I will attach the xray here. Please have a look and let me know whether the x-ray is good
