My brother stopped taking medicine

Good day!!
My brother has been diagnosed for fits ,he is taking levipil 250 and some other tablet for past 6 months , suddenly he stopped .
will it reoccur?

Have you evaluated for the cause of the seizures?
Better continue and slowly taper off after sometime..

He shouldn't stop on his own and to stop any anti epileptic drug he should have seizure free interval for at least 2years.....and with normal mri brain and eeg....so better to start the drug
