Plz let me know shall I go for medical Medication .last 2 day my bp level going up so kindly let me know shall I go for my body check up.

At what time u recorded u r BP ,avoid anxiety ,worries ,official stress & strain take sound sleep do morning walk and record u t BP in the morning for three days,if it persists towards higher side go for whole body chechup
