My bottom feels like it has splut up to

Please can a doctor actually answer my auestion I have been on here many times and not had an anser I lost what I thought was big lumps of discharge out of my body I think my bottom has split round to my vagina at one point it felt like I was sitting on top of my cervic thats what it felt like I know it sound weird but thats how I can describe it please can I get an answe as to what might have happened upset and worried and dealing with this from day to day on my own
